With a strong background in business, franchising, and leadership, the foundation of Mac + Lulu is built on structure, consistency, and high standards. Prior to entering the salon industry, this journey included building and managing multiple businesses, followed by over a decade in education and leadership roles in Brisbane — shaping a deep focus on people, systems, and delivering quality at every level.
While not traditionally trained as a hairdresser, the passion for hair has always been personal. An appreciation for beautiful, healthy hair — and the confidence it brings — became the driving force behind creating a space dedicated to it.
